- I recently bought this pan to use on a gas cooker top. I are very happy w it! You never use about med. heat, the temporary is evenly propagated , food is cooked w out a lot of messy cleanup spot and the pan itself is easy to clean ! One night we had just started barbecuing outside and ran out of gas-we finished “grilling” our steaks on our new Calphalon pan and they were delightful! The price was well worth every penny, and it has a lifetime warranty! We ‘ve made chicken, salmon, steak – it’s magnificent ! I recommend it for an easy and delightful way to grill inside.
- I love this Calphalon nonstick grill pan. It works exactly like I waited and wanted it to. Clean up is a breeze. Also, the price was affordable . I had been looking for a pan to grill steaks inside the house and that one caught my eye because of the good company name and the price. I know I ‘m heading for get a lot of use out of it.

Calphalon Contemporary Stainless 13-Piece Cookware Set.

- I ‘ve been cooking quite a bit with this set and do recommend them to the perfunctory cook and or the professional.
The major thing I ‘ve commented is the amazing heat syndication of these pans. I cooked at friends property a couple weeks ago on a crappy electric range and the tuna steak we were cooking turned out arrant like I was cooking at home on my gas range. Also a notable achievement is the easy clean up of these pans. The liquid design seemed cosmetic at first but I ‘ve followed grateful for the rounded interior edges, they ‘ve saved me hours of clean up. Great investment funds! Lifetime warranty is no joke either. Worth the price.
- Very pleased with this cookware. Many pieces that are the optimal size for me. The price is also a real bargain. I highly recommend this cookware to anyone interested in lots of beautiful cookware – and a healthy alternative to teflon. I also bought the wok and love it! .

- I been given a set of the Calphalon Contemporary as a gift and the outright thing I felt I was missing was a griddle, so I had to order this one from Amazon. This griddle pan has been incredible . I use it for all the things ! Most times, I just wash it and put it right back on the stove since I know I’ll be asking it again right away. I can fit 6-8 pieces of bacon on it at a time , 4 pieces of toast, or 4 rather wonderful pancakes. It’s a ambition come true if you fix breakfast often. It ‘s the skillful money I ‘ve spent in my kitchen and I would highly recommend it! .
- I have had many ‘non-stick’ griddles in my living and they have gone to griddle heaven. This griddle is remarkable. I cook eggs (fry & omelets) on it whilst not oil, butter, or any lubricant. They cook in a minute on low-medium shortly after the pan is warmed up first as the managements state. It cleans off with the wipe of a paper towel. Of course, later I wash it too! For your data, you can cook other things on it to if you wish, I do.

They cook in a second on low-medium after the pan is warmed up first as the focuses state. It cleans off with the wipe of a paper towel. Obviously , later I wash out it too! We just substituted our old square griddle with this one and it’s been great ! We create pancakes on it one time or double a week and they come out staring . I enjoy that the handle does n’t get hot if you are cooking and the pancakes cook evenly. I ‘ve had no difficulty with them sticking to the pan, they glide right off . Clean up is very easy to use as well. This pan is an excellent product! .

This Calphalon Contemporary Nonstick Griddle is very well made, impeccable for serving breakfast for company, does not call for any oil or cooking nebulizer , and cooks food speedily and evenly . I love cooking on cast iron because you can pervert it without a concern , but you ca n’t make salsa on it. This is my personal favorite rated quality surface from Individual Reports and it lives up to its name. It’s great in both quality and workmanship and looks truly good in the kitchen.

I got Calphalon contemporary nonstick set as a wedding present and have been very little but happy with them since the first time I used Calphalon contemporary nonstick. The Calphalon contemporary nonstick interior is wonderful. I have cooked a few unlike things including ground beef, pasta sauces, pasta, and mac and cheese. The meat browned nicely and never stuck to the pan (unlike my old aluminum pans where it would burn to the bottom). I even think the water boils faster … maybe it is just in my head, but I believe the pans distribute heat more evenly and the water boils faster.

I like the glass lids so I have seen inside the pan. I should be able to tell if the messages are boiling or simmering (whichever is called for in the recipe).

I blanked out about the pasta sauce in the pan nightlong and it cleaned out easily the next morning… just a quick rinse and it was clean. The cheese from the mac and cheese wasn’t even an issue a problem I let that sit, too (I ‘m not incisively the quickest at cleaning up), but it came right off with no extra try.
